In other words….
RTT allows me to dig deeper into your early childhood, early life and sometimes past lives to discover the belief systems and programming that are still controlling the decisions you make in your everyday life, your habits, the beliefs you have about yourself and the world. This therapy terminates the old limiting beliefs within the brain, creating space for new and positive neural pathways.
The part that blew my mind in discovering RTT was how incredibly rapid the changes were. I was astounded to find out that people who had suffered depression and anxiety for years can be transformed in as little as one RTT session.
Our subconscious mind controls 95% of our life, meaning only 5% of the time we are using our conscious minds. By accessing our subconscious mind through hypnosis; together we can go back to the childhood perceptions and upgrade them to be more empowering, positive, accelerating and truthful.
As the Greek philosopher, Aristotle once said, “Give me a child until he is 7 and I will show you the man.” This quote reveals that before the age of 7 our downloading and programming has already been established in the subconscious mind. These programs primarily came from installing other peoples beliefs and behaviours; parents, siblings, teachers, community etc. Unfortunately, most of these are negative, disempowering and self-sabotaging.
The majority of human beings have a deep belief of not feeling enough. This reveals itself in our behaviours and addictions, fears and phobias, lack of confidence and self -esteem and indeed any issues we have. Once the “I’m not enough” is replaced by “I am enough” everything changes. Blocks and barriers are removed and life takes on a whole new perspective.
Life is what we think it is. So by changing the way we think, we can ultimately change our lives.
How do we do this through RTT?
The subconscious mind learns in two ways: hypnosis (programming) and repetition. By going under hypnosis with RTT, you investigate and interpret the rooted beliefs and causes, interrupt these harmful and limiting concepts, install new empowering beliefs and finally use repetition to cement the transformation in place.
